Please note that all delivery services are subject to availability and stock availability. All delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. All delivery dates represent the total number of working days we estimate to deliver your order. Mamas & Papas will not be held responsible or provide any compensation for any loss caused due to late or delayed deliveries.

Standard Delivery

Between 3 and 7 days. For personalised items, please allow 7 days.

Available on all items, except selected Cots, Furniture collections, Battery vehicle toys and larger Rocking horses.

Orders of £50 and over are FREE

Orders under £50 are £4.95

Our carrier will deliver to you between 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Saturday.
We will keep you up to date of when your order is on its way and our carrier will send you a text/email on the day of delivery so you know when to expect your order. If you had to pop out or are unable to accept the delivery, don’t worry our carrier will leave a calling card or send an email/text to let you know that they have tried to deliver. Alternatively the carrier may leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property.
For personalised items please allow an additional working day to the above premium delivery service options.

Please note that all delivery services are subject to availability and stock availability. During busy promotional periods and in severe weather conditions delivery may be delayed and arrive a little later than our published delivery time windows. We will keep you up to date on your order status.

Just to be prepared...
We advise that you provide sufficient floor coverings to allow our team to deliver to your room of choice. If you could please make sure that stairways, hallways, door frames/access points and your room of choice are clear and measured prior to delivery to ensure that your furniture will fit in your chosen room.
Alternatively the carrier may leave your delivery (with your permission) with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property.

Delivery To Your Local Convenience Store

You can now collect your order from one of thousands of local shops, at a time that’s convenient to you. Simply select Collection point at checkout and enter your postcode to find the nearest collection point to you.

Orders of £50 and over are FREE.

Orders under £50 are £4.95.

We will deliver your order to your chosen collection point within 3 to 5 working days.

You’ll receive a text message and/or email to let you know when your order is on its way with a link to track the status. When your order has arrived at your chosen collection point we’ll send you another text message and/or email which will include information on what you need to collect your order.

When you collect your order, you must present the collection text message/email as instructed and bring along a valid proof of ID. (For Collect+ this could either be a cheque guarantee/credit/debit card, bank/building society book, passport, cheque book or driving licence. For DPD Pickup this must be a photo ID only, which is either a passport driving licence). If someone else is collecting the order on your behalf they must have the order collection information and your ID.

You have up to 10 days to collect your order from the date it was delivered to the collection point and if not collected your order is returned back to us.

If you wish to return any items we offer a 30 day returns policy. Please see the returns section below for further details. We do not accept returns to a Collection point.

Will COVID-19 affect my delivery

We are taking extra safety precautions to take care of our warehouse and delivery teams. If you have selected standard delivery, this means it could take up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered, and items from the same order may arrive separately. If you selected click and collect, please expect up to 5 days before we confirm you can collect. Please bear with us, due to high demand our Customer Care team are very busy at the moment, so please allow 48 hours after your first delivery for any missing items to arrive before getting in touch.
