Our pushchairs are built to stand the test of time, but we know that all the fun of muddy family adventures and sticky fingers can leave your pushchair looking a little past its best. Featuring a professional deep clean and manufacturer-approved 20-point safety check, our Valet & Service is perfect for freshening up your pushchair, getting it ready for your next baby or for you to sell on.
Why do i need it?
Whether you want to extend the life of your Mamas & Papas pushchair because it’s looking and feeling a little past its best after months (or years) of daily walks, you want to freshen it up and make sure it’s in good working order before your next baby comes along or you’re thinking of selling your pushchair or gifting it to another family, our Valet & Service will restore and refresh your pushchair. A manufacturer-approved safety check (plus any necessary repairs*) will give you peace of mind that your pushchair is safe and still working as it should, while a professional deep clean will thoroughly sanitise your pushchair, getting rid of dirt and grime and getting your pushchair looking shiny and new again.

This service is available for all Mamas & Papas Ocarro, Airo, Strada, Flip XT and Flip XT2 pushchairs. It costs £100.
How does it work?
If you’d like to arrange a Valet & Service on your Mamas & Papas pushchair, simply book an appointment online for your nearest participating store. At the time of your appointment drop your pushchair off at your arranged store (remember if your pushchair is within its warranty period, take your proof of purchase along). After a pre-service inspection we’ll send your pushchair to our accredited service centre for its full Valet & Service and any necessary repairs*. Once it is returned back to the store we will call you and arrange a time for you to collect it. Some stores can even lend you a pushchair to use while yours is away – if this is something you’re interested in then please let the team know at the time of booking your appointment.
*Repairs may incur an additional cost if your pushchair if not covered by a warranty. If we do find anything that needs fixing we will discuss any necessary repairs with you before carrying them out and won’t repair anything without your agreement. Any added costs for repairs will be made clear to you and we will of course check you are happy to proceed before starting any repair work.
