Our carrier will deliver to you between 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Saturday.
We will keep you up to date of when your order is on its way and our carrier will send you a text/ email on the day of delivery so you know when to expect your order.
If you had to pop out or are unable to accept the delivery, don’t worry our carrier will leave a calling card or send an email/text to let you know that they have tried to deliver.
Alternatively the carrier may leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property.
For personalised items please allow an additional working day to the above premium delivery service options.

When you order your items we will ask you the preferred week for us to deliver and the team will then contact you to arrange the best day and time.

Just to be prepared...
We advise that you provide sufficient floor coverings to allow our team to deliver to your room of choice. If you could please make sure that stairways, hallways, door frames/access points and your room of choice are clear and measured prior to delivery to ensure that your furniture will fit in your chosen room.
Alternatively the carrier may leave your delivery (with your permission) with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property.

Click & Collect From a Mamas & Papas Store
 
Collect from 1 hour at your chosen Mamas & Papas store.

Click & Collect your order for FREE from 1 hour at your nearest Mamas & Papas store. Or if your items aren’t in stock we will deliver to your chosen store the next working day when ordered before 4pm.*

We’ll send you an email or text to let you know when your order is ready to collect, and all you need to do is take your order confirmation email and the payment card you used, or a photo ID (which must be your passport or driving licence) to store and collect your order within 10 days.

If someone else is collecting the order on your behalf they must have the order confirmation email and your ID.

Click & Collect is available on selected products only, is subject to stock availability and is not available for orders of personalised items. Daily offers are also excluded from the Click & Collect service.

*For delivery to our Belfast, Dublin, Dundrum, Arnotts and Aberdeen stores please allow up to 5 working days. We will keep you updated and let you know when your order is ready to collect.

Delivery To Your Local Convenience Store
 


You can now collect your order from one of thousands of local shops, at a time that’s convenient to you. Simply select Collection point at checkout and enter your postcode to find the nearest collection point to you.

Orders of £50 and over are FREE.

Orders under £50 are £4.95.

We will deliver your order to your chosen collection point within 3 to 5 working days.

You’ll receive a text message and/or email to let you know when your order is on its way with a link to track the status. When your order has arrived at your chosen collection point we’ll send you another text message and/or email which will include information on what you need to collect your order.

When you collect your order, you must present the collection text message/email as instructed and bring along a valid proof of ID. (For Collect+ this could either be a cheque guarantee/credit/debit card, bank/building society book, passport, cheque book or driving licence. For DPD Pickup this must be a photo ID only, which is either a passport driving licence). If someone else is collecting the order on your behalf they must have the order collection information and your ID.

You have up to 10 days to collect your order from the date it was delivered to the collection point and if not collected your order is returned back to us.

If you wish to return any items we offer a 30 day returns policy. Please see the returns section below for further details. We do not accept returns to a Collection point.

Returns
 
Returning Your Goods

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Mamas & Papas. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 30 day returns policy where you can return any unused item(s), in its original packaging with tags still attached, provided that it is in a resalable condition*.
For your convenience, you may return any item(s), (excluding furniture - which has its own returns process detailed below) purchased from a Mamas & Papas store, our website or through our Customer Service team using any of the following methods:

1. To a Mamas & Papas store

Call in to one of our stores and simply return your item(s) with your original store or gift receipt, or your email order confirmation and we will refund or exchange items which are in a re-saleable condition at the price shown on your store receipt or order confirmation email. If you do not have the original store or gift receipt, or email order confirmation, don’t worry, as long as the item(s) are in a re-saleable condition we will exchange or provide a gift card refund of the value of the selling price of your item(s) on the day of the return.


2. To our Support Centre

Simply complete the returns label included in your original order (for items ordered from our website or via our Customer Service team), or alternatively send your store or gift receipt, or email order confirmation with details of the products you are returning to:

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and that you package your item(s) with care to ensure a safe return to the support centre. As soon as we receive your return we will process the refund to your original form of payment. Please be aware that any postage charges incurred by returning your item(s) to us will not be refunded. You are responsible for the return of the item(s) to us.

3. By our recommended carrier

If you are unable to return your item(s) to us, don’t worry, we can arrange for our courier to collect your item(s). Please call our Customer Service team on 0345 268 2000 who will be happy to arrange this for you.

A charge of £40 will apply if you wish to use this service unless otherwise advised.

4. Returning your furniture

If you are not fully satisfied with your furniture purchase, please contact our Customer Service team on 0345 268 2000 who will be able to assist with the return. A charge of £40 will apply, unless otherwise advised. Please note that we cannot accept furniture returns at our stores.

Please note that refunds can only be processed where a valid receipt is provided. We cannot process a refund where a store gift receipt or delivery note is produced with your return as they do not show the amount paid or the payment method used.
