Steering through tight streets and busy shops is effortless with the Strada's small lightweight frame, whilst the tough tyre tread comes in handy for getting to your favourite picnic spots. The lie-back seat is suitable from birth and thanks to multi-recline positions, baby can comfortably sit up and watch the world go by, then snuggle down for a snooze when it's naptime.
Why buy me?
Naptimes on-the-go are stress-free with this compact and cosy carrycot. Compatible with our Strada pushchair, it's super-lightweight and really easy to pick up and move about - perfect for everything from park strolls to shopping trips and family visits. When it's time to head home, the Strada carrycot collapses easily using two buttons on the base, making it perfect for storing neatly in the car and at home.
With its rocking base and soft cotton mattress and linings, baby will be soothed to sleep in no time. It even uses magnets to attach to your pushchair, so it doesn't make a peep when you remove it - meaning baby will stay sound asleep. And with all the signature colours and leatherette detailing that'll coordinate with your pushchair, this carrycot will really look the part when you're out for a stroll.
The Strada carrycot is the base part of the carrycot and is used together with the hood from the main pushchair. (Sold separately)
The child seat is equipped with a Linear Side-impact Protection (L.S.P.) System, which - in combination with the energy-absorbing car seat shell - significantly increases your child's safety in a side-impact collision. The Cloud Z i-Size can be changed to a lie-flat position outside of the car and features 11 easy-to-adjust headrest positions with integrated harness guides. To make it easier to get your child in and out of the car, the seat can be swivelled to the door side of the car, thanks to the innovative Base Z mechanism. The base also includes Driving Direction Control (D.D.C.), which ensures that the child seat cannot be turned to a forward-facing position.
Design, safety and functionality are at the heart of innovation at CYBEX. The Base Z is the secure and variable base unit for the new CYBEX Z-Line Modular System, which offers maximum protection as well as comfortable, flexible use. The unique, innovative rotation mechanism of the Base Z allows the car seat to be swivelled to the side of the car door for easier entry and exit.
As part of the complete kit you get a Changing Bag & Footmuff. Nappy changes on-the-go just got stylish. This Mamas & Papas changing bag comes in colours that co-ordinate with your Strada pushchair, with signature fabrics and design details that really look the part.
With its easily adjustable strap, you can wear it as a shoulder bag or convert it to a rucksack when you need both hands for playtime in the park.
Keep baby's toes cosy with this super-soft Mamas & Papas footmuff. Designed to fit perfectly with your Strada pushchair, it comes in co-ordinating colours with diamond quilting on the front that matches your hood lining, so you'll always look the part on those city strolls.
In addition there is the Strada Cybex/Maxi Adaptor. Simply clip the adaptors onto your chassis, and then click in your car seat for a lightweight, versatile travel system. When not in use, clip the adapters together using the built in magnets to ensure they stay as a pair. Our Parasol will keep your baby protected from the elements and finally the Cup Holder enables you to keep your hands free on the pushchair.

Which pushchair should I buy?
Shopping around for a pushchair can seem overwhelming, with so many makes and models available. As no two families are the same, a one size fits all pushchair just won't cut it. When considering which pushchair to go for, have a think about what'll best suit what you need. Do you need a lightweight stroller that’s perfect for city living, or an all-terrain pushchair for country adventures? Have a read of our pushchair buying guide and we'll help to answer some of your questions – you can even use our pushchair quiz to help you find the perfect match.
Do I need a pushchair, pram, buggy or stroller?
Although parents often use the terms pram, pushchair, buggy and stroller interchangeably, they all do a slightly different job, so it helps to know the difference before you shop around. A pushchair is a folding seat on wheels, generally designed for babies and small children, whilst Prams have a lie-flat seat so are perfect for your little one’s early months. Strollers can also be referred to as buggies and are often lightweight and compact when folded up, making them great for traveling with a toddler. To find out which one would work for you, have a read of our pushchair buying guide.
What features make for a great travel pushchair?
If you're off on an adventure, you're likely to want a lightweight stroller that’s easy to fold up and compact enough to fit into small spaces. When deciding which model to go for, consider how big it is and where it needs to fit – whether it’s the boot of a car or the cabin compartment on an airplane. We've written a blog post on what holiday essentials you'll need to think about when you're travelling with a baby, which you can read here.
Can I try out a pushchair before I buy?
We get how important it is to try before you buy, especially when it comes to the larger purchases such as a pushchair or pram. That’s why we offer our Personal Shopping appointments. They're free to book, and our team will give you all the help, advice and pushchair demonstrations you need. You can book your appointment here.
How should I care for my pushchair?
Pushchairs are designed to last you a long time if you look after them - and thankfully caring for your pushchair is really easy. All you need to do is make sure the wheels are clean and free of debris, as embedded dirt and grit could damage them. Because your pushchair covers are machine washable, you can simply pop them in the wash, and you can even use warm water with a sponge to spot clean stains in between washes.
