Lansinoh Breastmilk Storage Bags - Pack of 25
Our Breastmilk Storage Bags are perfect for mums to store breastmilk in the fridge or freezer, lying flat or standing up.
You can also pump directly into our Breastmilk Storage Bags from any Lansinoh® breast pump, allowing you to save time and prevent messy milk transfers or spills.
They're a great way for mums to create a bank of breastmilk that can be stored until they are needed for up to 6 months. Made from food-safe polyethylene, they are tough and flexible so they won't leak.
The bags come with a hygienic, tamper-evident and secure tear-away top to ensure no toxins reach the breastmilk. The write-on tab makes it easy for mums to keep track of how long the breastmilk has been stored.
After use our bags can also be recycled, so you can use them knowing that you are helping create a better future world for your baby. Most councils will recycle plastic type 4 (LDPE).
Awarded Bronze in the Mother & Baby awards 2021 for best product for breastfeeding.

How to use: Tear the perforated seal and either pour breastmilk into the bag or pump directly into the bag using a Lansinoh® breast pump. Gently squeeze out any air in the bag before sealing the top of the bag. Write the date and amount expressed on the top tab. This can then be stored in the fridge for up to 6 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months. You can store the bags laid flat or standing. TIP: Place a piece of kitchen roll between each bag before freezing to avoid any moisture on the outside of the bag freezing and sticking the bags together.
How to dispose: Dispose of the used Breastmilk Storage Bag in your LDPE recycling (please check your local authority for plastic type 4 LDPE recycling).

Shall I buy a manual or electric breast pump?
When buying a breast pump, you'll want to look at how to keep it clean, personal comfort and your day-to-day lifestyle. If you'd prefer not to plug it into an electrical outlet or you're after a budget-friendly option, go for a manual breast pump that lets you take control of your feeding and pumping process. If you're expressing regularly, an electric breast pump might be a little easier. These models are super-efficient and often save you time, as the motor does all the pumping for you.
