Ready from day one, the Bugaboo Donkey 5 is compatible with different car seats. You can pair it with a car seat or use it with the bassinet during the first months, and then transition to the toddler seat as your child grows.
And if you're thinking of expanding your family, you can easily convert it in just 3 clicks so it can carry 2 children. No matter which configuration you choose, the Bugaboo Donkey 5 is small enough to fit through standard doorways, and it's perfectly designed to hold up to 22kg / 48.5lbs in one go!
Easy to manoeuvre, thanks to its side-by-side geometry, you can steer it with one hand and go up sidewalk curbs even when it's fully loaded. When using it in the mono configuration, it comes with an expandable side-luggage basket with a capacity of 35 litres.
The side-luggage basket also comes with an integrated zipper at the top, increasing its capacity as it transforms into a large tote bag so that you can keep your essential items or groceries protected from the elements - or from curious little hands. Do I need a pushchair, pram, buggy or stroller?
Although parents often use the terms pram, pushchair, buggy and stroller interchangeably, they all do a slightly different job, so it helps to know the difference before you shop around. How should I care for my pushchair?
Pushchairs are designed to last you a long time if you look after them - and thankfully caring for your pushchair is really easy. All you need to do is make sure the wheels are clean and free of debris, as embedded dirt and grit could damage them. Because your pushchair covers are machine washable, you can simply pop them in the wash, and you can even use warm water with a sponge to spot clean stains in between washes.
What baby essentials do you need when traveling with a newborn?
There are a few essential baby travel products you shouldn't travel without. No matter how long your journey is make sure you pack plenty of diapers and wipes. Travel toys are an important method of keeping newborns occupied and happy during long journeys. We also recommend travelling with a lightweight, foldable travel stroller.
