We have stores of all shapes and sizes, from our flagship stores to retail shopping parks and high street concepts. Through special in-store events, expert advice, and bespoke services like Personal Shopping and Car Seat Fitting, we build a rapport with our customers, understanding their lifestyles to find the right products for them. And our detailed after sales service means we'll be around as long as they need us.

Each customer is unique, as each family is, so our retail colleagues have to understand and respond to their individual needs. In curating the products and experiences on offer in our stores, we try to find the perfect balance that will support and inspire new mums and dads. You don't need product experience to work with us, you just need to have the empathy and intuition for finding that balance too, along with a genuine pride to give the best customer service possible.

Our stores are designed to provide a great space for parents and babies - from changing and feeding facilities, to subtle scents, gentle lighting and soothing music. The perfect place to shop and connect with the brand.

Our Roles

Regional Manager Overview
 

Our Regional Managers oversee up to 10 stores and it's their job to ensure each one is as successful as possible. Combining strategic and operational duties, they lead and coach our Store Managers, improve our customer experience, drive sales and put the Retail strategy into action. Essentially they make sure everything has the excellence customers expect, from top to bottom. Working closely with head office, they'll use their knowledge to drive the business forward and improve our retail proposition for customers and colleagues.

Store Manager Overview
 

Our Store Managers are responsible for inspiring their team, leading them to deliver exceptional customer service whilst achieving the store business plan. They support the Regional Manager with invaluable local information that forms the basis of marketing strategies and in store events. All of this happens whilst making sure their store is a great place to work and shop.

Deputy Manager Overview
 

With a key focus on our customers, the Deputy Manager trains our store colleagues so that they can provide the best customer service possible. They are the main point of contact on the sales floor and will step into the Store Manager's role in their absence. Commercially and operationally on the ball, they know the store business plan just as well as the Store Manager.

Assistant Manager Overview
 

Assistant Managers take ownership of a specific department, acting as a product ambassador and championing their cause in store. They know their products inside out, taking a hands-on approach to customer service and acting as a role model for colleagues. In the absence of the Deputy Manager, they will step up to support the Store Manager and run the sales floor.

Supervisors act as a role model for colleagues, supporting new and existing team members on the sales floor and in the back of house. Their hands-on approach makes them a key asset to the retail management team.

Sales Assistant Overview
 

The role of a Sales Assistant is to engage and support customers throughout their journey. Providing an excellent understanding of all our product ranges, they tailor their service and approach to each customer, building brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. They also play a pivotal role in making sure the environment is always exactly right, through their infectious passion for store standards and inspirational visuals.

Processing
