For products purchased from Mamas & Papas and covered by our guarantee against manufacturing defects, we will provide the following free of charge:

• Spare, repair or replacement;
• Replacement self-fit part. We will provide instructions if required;
• A repair carried out by one of our experienced technicians at our Support Centre;
• A replacement where the product is irreparable.

For Loved for Life reconditioned pushchairs we also offer free repairs on all manufacturing defects for the following periods:

• 2 Years: All new products and Loved for Life "As New" pushchairs;
• 12 Months: Loved for Life "Loved" pushchairs;
• 6 Months: Loved for Life "Well Loved" pushchairs.
