One of the most exciting things in my motherhood journey so far has been weaning. I love to cook. And watching Luna enjoy the food I’ve slaved over a hot stove to make (well, some days) is so rewarding. Which leads me to my Snax review...

Our Snax Highchair Review

Obviously keeping mealtimes comfortable, easy, and quick is top of the to-do list. Especially when your mini human is devouring three plates a day. So when the Snax Highchair arrived with its removable tray, handy storage basket, and ‘wipe clean’ seat pad I felt like it ticked a good few of the boxes. Style-wise (if that’s a consideration) - the neutral tones are also great. If you’re planning ahead and don’t know the sex, or if you’re simply looking for something that blends in with all backgrounds, it's perfect. Another handy tip is that it folds compactly with the tray STILL attached. So you can place it away and pop it back out when it’s time for dinner with the family.

I was also impressed to learn that the highchair essentially ‘grows’ with Luna. With its variety of positions including three recline options, six height settings, and three tray fixtures we could be using this seat comfortably until she’s three - BINGO! So it’s definitely been a great investment. I know sometimes it’s a struggle with forever growing children and replacing the essentials.

In terms of safety (the most important part) we were more than happy with the five-point safety harness. It keeps every child completely secure. They are so easy to attach too AND they’re easily removable. So you can throw them in the wash after an evening of spaghetti Bolognese and yoghurt wrestling - every mother’s dream. This too is the same for the patterned seat pad. Luna seems to thoroughly enjoy it. I’m not even joking when I say it looks like she’s chilling in a recliner, so I think it’s been an all-round 10/10 for us as a family here.

So if you’re on the hunt for a highchair that ticks plenty of parenting boxes, I’d say that the Snax should be up there as a firm consideration.
