From M62: From the M62 leave at junction 29, immediately take the left hand lane and join the M1 motorway (signposted the North, Leeds. Leave the M1 at junction 43, take the left hand lanes (signposted The North, Leeds, East). At Junction 47 continue (signposted Wetherby) when you will join the A1. follow directions below.

From the A1: At the A1(M) junction 45 continue forward onto the A1 (signposted The North, Wetherby). At junction for Wetherby (A661) continue forward onto the A1. continue forward onto the A1(M). Leave the A1(M) at junction 49 and merge onto the A168 (signposted for Thirsk and Teeside). Continue onto the A19, turn left and merge onto the A66 (signposted for Stockton and Darlington) turn left then merge onto Teeside Park Drive, at the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Teeside Park Drive and turn left into the Teeside Retail
